Really the majority of men think that small size is the main defect of their penis that results in poor sex. This complex becomes apparent in early childhood. It starts from the moment when a teenager notices a big size penis in some men and considers himself to be a loser looking at his small size penis.

However the pubescence time comes and it seems that everything is as it should be, he has an average penis size like his friends have. As a rule this is the time when an interest to erotic fantasy is shown and as a result – erotic films viewing.  Here is another disappointment: on the screen a teenager sees superheroes like Stallone who shows his perfect skills in bed and can easily bring his super girls to orgasm. Comparing the best examples of penises in actors – a young man thinks of his average size penis as of the smallest thing.

Time scrubs such disappointments from his memory very quickly however soon he meets his love – his first sexual partner and of course he wants to hear some praising words about his “instrument” from her. He wishes to hear something like “Wow, it is so big” or something like this. However often it’s not what really happens. A funny case is described in the book by Kennetha Purvisa: One young man walked along the park together with his girlfriend. He had thought about his penis size before and now he decided to check if his thoughts corresponded to reality. Taking advantage of the darkness he took out his “sword” and put it into girl’s hand. Her answer was quite fast: “No, thank you, I do not smoke, you know it”, – she said calmly. That was a hit below the belt…

The problem of “penis size” obviously touches a lot of men. But what do women think as for this question?

“As a matter of fact, all of us, women, have different opinions. And this is the most frank truth. Because all women are taught different manners, we have different values and priorities and what is more – we’ve got different genitals! As many different penises in men so many different “pussies” in women! Do you understand what I mean?”

That is how the majority of women really think however it is not a big consolation for men and they can’t help having complexes. Some of them even search for means to enlarge their instrument.

For example, such penis enlargement method as weights hanging on penis is used in African tribe Sadhu. In several years of such intensive exercises – the penis length may reach 40-50 sm.

Psychologists single out 4 questions which are of great interest for men:

1. What is the average penis size?
2. By what parameters are penises compared?
3. Does the penis size matter during a carnal connection?
4. What are the ways of penis size enlargement?

Specialists say that men are more interested in these very questions as they don’t estimate themselves impartially but comparing to other men. Competitiveness makes a man look for confirmation that he is not the worst.

Often men estimate their penis size incorrectly. Their genitals seem to them to be shorter than they are in reality. The point is that men see their genitals from above. This reduces their sizes visually. To make self-appraisal higher one may look at him in the mirror. Your opinion will change with the angle changing.

When Desmond Morris, the author of “The Naked Ape” proposed a thesis that men are apes with long penises – a lot of women agreed. For example, gorilla cannot compete with mankind men in point of penis size. Thus an adult gorilla male weights about 225kg (three men weight) and his hard-on is 4-5sm. Morris thinks that penis sizes of men comparing to apes are conditioned by the fact that a man uses penis not only for impregnation but for sexual satisfaction as well. Morris believes that it is a very important factor in relationship between a man and a woman and that penis size plays a great role in it.

Anyway researches  of apes’ behavior have showed that gorillas females choose the most fatigueproof males with the biggest penis size.

In the beginning of the last century the medics made some researches which have been described in Kenneth Purvis’s book. In the beginning of our century, ordinary gentlemen in white coats having the tape measures in their pockets, travelled all over the world to find the answer to some spicy questions.

In the research “The Atlas of Hu-man Sex Anatomy” it is said that the average penis size without erection is 8.5 – 10.5cm. It becomes larger to 60% when it is hard-on.

For example, researches have showed that average penis size without erection in European man is 8-12cm and 12-18cm when it is hard-on. Other words, the average penis size is 15cm.

The famous American sexologist Alfred Kinsey ascertained that only 24% of European men have average size penises. Also according to Alfred Kinsey 5% of men have hard-on penis less than 9cm and only one of 100men may boast of  23cm and more hard-on penis.

Two other American sexologists William Masters and Yirginia Johnson came to the conclusion that the average penis size when it is hard-on is about the same in majority of men. They have illustrated their statement relying on description of two men. The one had 9cm penis without erection however it was 19cm when hard-on (120% penis enlargement). Another one had 15cm penis without erection and 2.5 cm more when hard-on (16% penis enlargement).

French military doctor Dr. Jacobus spent most of his research time on measuring hundreds of men’s and women’s genitals starting from Malaysia to Africa inhabitants. He published the results in 1935. According to Dr. Jacobus the Africans, especially the Sudaneses, have the largest penises. This fact was also confirmed by another famous researcher of penises – the traveller sir Richard Burton. Both of them determined that the Sudaneses’ average penis size is 12.5 – 15cm without erection and 19-20 cm hard-on.

In Sudan the Arabs who have with the largest penises in the world  use the method of “Jelqing”. A father tells his 8-years old son to squeeze the base of his penis shaft, pull downward quickly and stop at the head. That is how the process of penis enlargement starts. A boy should do it every day for 30 minutes without sperm thrown up. Tunica albuginea stretches out during the month and cavernous bodies widens that results in their ability to admit much more blood than they could before. The Sudanese Arabs know that such penis enlargement method is very effective especially if one starts to practice it in a pubertal period, the moment when boy’s penis starts to grow.

Dr. Jacobus was amazed by a big difference in penis sizes of the Africans and the Nearest East Arabs. While the average penis size of a pureblooded Arab is the same as European men have, an African man may be proud of a thick and large penis which can reach 18cm hard-on.

Comparing to black-skinned men, an average penis size of the Hindus is 10-11cm and 12,5 cm when hard-on.

What about other races?

The average penis size of the Japanese is 13cm, and the Chinese have penises 2.5cm larger and thicker.

Dr. Jacobus and other ethnologists came to the important conclusion: the average penis size is proportional to the size of women’s genitals in the range of one race.

According to Dr. Jacobus it appears that the Hindu women whose men have small and thin penises, have some problems with European men and face certain discomfort during sex with African or Arabian men. The large penis is a real torture for them.

Reading a popular science literature it seems that some authors take part in a competition with the task to inform about the largest penis size. Once American sexologist Alfred Kinsey and French military doctor Dr. Jacobus reported about 25-30cm penises. However there are some “heroes” who will never get into official list. For example, John Holmes – the porno star- had 36cm penis. But even this record was broken by two other actors – Moby Dick and Long Dong Silver whose penises were 44cm.

May be it is not surprising that some men have so large penises. However, why are they so popular? The sexual life for most of these heavyweights is practically impossible you know.

By the way those men who worry about their small penis sizes too much should ask their sexual partners whether it is a real problem for them. Researches carried out by the scientist and writer Shere Hite showed that the majority of women don’t emphasize the penis size. None of 400 women who were polled said that the penis size was very important.

However, another researcher was opposite to Shere Hite’s conclusion:

“The opinion that penis size does not matter is just tall tales. I researched 57 well experienced in sex women and 87% of them said “the larger the better”.

The big penis was more attractive and excitant for them, and it aroused a pleasant feeling of filling during the sex.

This opinion coincides with Desmond Morris’s point of view who came to the conclusion that besides length penises differ by thickness as well. Desmond Morris is sure that penis’s thickness makes it the best instrument for giving a real pleasure and satisfaction.

On the other hand, women’s vagina has an ability to stretch. It may adapt to different penis sizes. The main thing is good friction.

In terms of everything mentioned above, men should think more about their personal qualities but not about their penis size!
